Our leading from within for influence and impact program is a three-month learning experience that draws on mindsets, principles, and practices from values-based leadership, servant leadership and human-centred design to enhance your leadership development in a supported environment. The program guides participants to construct a 21st century leadership vision; deepen, expand, and experiment with their leadership practice, and step forward as a 21st century leader.
The program is structured to bring participants together twice per month over a three-month period (two 2-hour live and interactive virtual workshops each month), but can be fully customized to meet participants’, and their organizations’, unique needs and time frames.
